카드 결제 취소는 취소 요청일로부터 5일 후 카드사를 통해 확인 가능합니다. 무통장 입금 결제 환불은 7일 내(영업일 기준)에 예매자 본인 명의의 통장으로만 환급 가능합니다.

취소마감시간은 행사 및 프로그램 전일 오후 5시까지이며, 취소 마감시간 이후 및 관람 당일에는 취소/변경이 불가합니다. 취소 시에는 취소수수료 규정에 따른 수수료가 부과됩니다.
