Article 1 (Accountable means of payment)

The payment method that the user can use for ticket reservation is credit card payment.
The credit card must have the member’s consent to enter the required items for approval (card number, expiration date).

Article 2 (Cancellation)

Reservations for Jeju Food & Wine Festival events can be cancelled until 17 a.m., a day before the event.
Cancellation of credit card payment will only be refunded by credit card. After payment of cancellation fee first, the total amount paid by you will be cancelled.

2. No cancellation fee 10 days before event date / 9 days before event date ~ 10% cancellation fee before cancellation closing

Chapter 5

Article 1 (Ownership of divisional corporations)

Intellectual property rights and other rights relating to the services provided by the divisional entity, the necessary software, images, marks, logos, designs, service names, information and trademarks are owned by the divisional entity.
Except as expressly approved by the division, the users shall not modify, lend, sell, sell, distribute, manufacture, transfer, relicense, securement, or use any of the properties specified in the preceding paragraph, and shall not allow any third party to do such acts.
Article 2 (No Transfer)

The member shall not transfer or give the right to use the service to another person and shall not provide it as collateral.

Article 3 (Compensation of Damage)

The divisional corporation shall not be held liable for any damages to the members in connection with the service provided for free, except for criminal acts committed on purpose or by gross negligence by the divisional entity.

Article 4 (Excuse clause)

The division does not have the obligation to express confidence or represent any opinions or information expressed by persons other than the division entity expressed in the service and does not approve, oppose, or modify the opinions expressed by the members or third parties. In any case, the division shall not be held liable for any lost gain or harm caused by the member relying on the information contained in the service.
The division shall not assume any responsibility in relation to the goods transaction or monetary transaction through the medium of service between the members or between the members and the third party, nor shall the member be held responsible for the benefits expected in relation to the service use.
Article 5 (Cancellation of Service Provisions)

A divisional corporation may stop providing services if:
A. In case of an unavoidable construction, such as repair of a service facility

B. In case the telecommunication service is stopped by the communication service provider stipulated in the Telecommunications Business Act;

D.Other Force Majeure Reasons

The division may restrict or suspend all or part of the service if the service is interrupted by a national emergency, power failure, service facility failure, or a flood of service use.
Article 6 (Controlling Court)

In the event of a lawsuit in connection with this service, the court responsible for the location of the headquarters of the division shall be the exclusive jurisdiction.
