Before that, he was a former head chef of , , and . which is in Hong Kong headed by Hee-Won Lim has been attracting a variety of tourists as well as Hong Kong local people and was nominated on ‘The Plate’ for the first time among 2018 Hong Kong 『Michelin guide』. In addition, was selected as the Best Casual Restaurant announced by Foodie Hong Kong. He has recently opened his new restaurant called which means dishes made by excellent ingredients. How did you feel about joining JFWF 2019?

I am very happy to participate in the beautiful Jeju Food & Wine Festival and thank you very much for creating a venue for communication with chefs from all over the world.

What is the most important factor in cooking?

The important thing in cooking is to cook the dishes that customers can enjoy. Intuitively delicious and comfortable cooking.

Any advice for those who dream of a chef?

I can’t cook what I want right now, but I think I’ll be a great cook if I train and take my talent as a chef with dignity.
